Designed on a 2,400 sq. ft. plot with an approximate built-up area of 5,000 sq.ft., this project emphasizes a thoughtful balance between aesthetics and functionality. The design features exposed brickwork that adds warmth and character, complemented by a filler slab system that enhances structural efficiency while reducing material use. Special attention has been given to natural ventilation and ample daylighting, creating comfortable, energy-efficient interior spaces that remain connected to their surroundings.
